How do I place an order?
You can place your order through our Shopify store. Simply select the number of soup packs you’d like, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

When will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered on Mondays. We collect orders throughout the week, with a cutoff at Sunday 11:59 PM.

What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Ottawa, ON. Please confirm that your address is within our delivery area at checkout.

How is the soup delivered?
Our Taiwanese noodle soup is delivered frozen to maintain its freshness. Just follow the reheating instructions to enjoy!

Is there a delivery fee?
A flat $5 delivery fee is applied to all orders within our delivery zone. If your order exceeds [$60], delivery is free! When checking out, you will be prompted to select your preferred shipping method, where this fee will be applied accordingly.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order by contacting us at our Facebook Page before Sunday at 11:59 PM.

How long can I store the frozen noodle soup?
Our soup can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. Reheat and enjoy it whenever you like!
